I was born into a family of dental financial professionals and grew up listening to phone calls of deal negotiations, practice profitability consultations and consultations on the myriad of issues that shape a dental career. After graduating as Valedictorian at Penn State - Abington Campus with honors from the prestigious Schreyer Honors Program in 2011, I immediately joined the family business. I obtained CPA licensure and gained valuable experience in services ranging from financial statement preparation and analysis, tax returns and planning to due diligence for practice purchase, practice sales and complex DSO transition negotiations.

I proudly participated in speaking engagements and events for several dental establishments, including: the Pennsylvania Dental Association, Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, Henry Schein, Patterson, Main Line Dental Society and numerous dental schools. During this time, I found a passion for working with people and watching and supporting their growth over their career. I have supported hundreds, if not thousands, of doctors from the associate stage to the first phone call about practice ownership to reporting resounding growth and success. No matter how many times I see this process, each is equally fulfilling.

After over 13 years of serving dental and veterinary clients from a compliance standpoint and as a consultant, TranscenDent CFO Services, LLC was born with a vision of supporting doctors in the ways I feel I provide the most value, as a consultant and trusted advisor.

Outside of business, I am proud to have the support of my husband, Joe, my 3 year old daughter, Nicolina, and two beautiful puppies- Noel and Rosie. As a child and through college, I was an avid equestrian and competed in show jumping competitions around the country. My horse, Mozart, is still enjoying life at 25 and it has been heartwarming to see my daughter and he build a friendship.

Having my family has provided me with a unique perspective in my work. I recognize that each person I encounter has their own definition of success. I work with doctors who are growing a network of practices with values into 8 figures. I work with doctors running 3 operatory offices with 1 staff member and are content to have the balance that provides. PPO offices, fee for service, general, specialty and everything in between. Bigger is not always better if it does not provide the life you want. My ultimate goal is to assist you to shape your career to fit your life.
